30-Day Refund & Replacement Window
We offer refunds or replacements within 30 days of receiving your item, provided the request meets the conditions below.
All Sales Are Final (Made to Order)
All of our canvas artworks are made to order and produced specifically for each customer. For this reason:

We do not offer refunds or returns for change of mind
- We do not offer any exchanges once the order has been made.

We do not accept returns due to incorrect sizing, color preference, or personal taste
We strongly encourage customers to review product descriptions, sizing details, and images carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, we will make it right.
You are eligible for a replacement or refund if:

The canvas arrives damaged

The print is defective or has a clear manufacturing fault

You received the wrong item
What to do:

Contact us within 7 days of delivery

Your order number

Clear photos of the damaged or defective item

Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, we will offer either:

A free replacement, or

A refund, depending on the situation
Lost Orders
If your order has not arrived within 25 business days from dispatch, please contact us at admin@HeroPrintz.com.

We will investigate with our shipping partners

If the order is confirmed lost, we will issue a replacement or refund
Shipping Delays (No Refunds)
Our canvas art ships from international suppliers, and estimated delivery times are:

Standard Shipping: 8–16 business days

Express Shipping: 7–12 business days
Delays caused by customs, couriers, weather, or peak seasons are outside our control and do not qualify for refunds.
Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address.

Orders returned or lost due to an incorrect address are not eligible for a refund.
Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase

Once production has started, cancellations are not possible
To request a cancellation, email admin@HeroPrintz.com immediately after placing your order.
Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider
